Carob, mulberry,date, grape and juniper molasses is boiled in the special sealed vacuumed boilers, without exceeding 70°C. Thanks to the vacuum technology, all flavours and colours of the fruits used are mainteined and the product is packed with a certain ratio of each ingredient creating a mixture.
